Thanksgiving Snapshots

This year we had a chill Thanksgiving again - just Brad's parents out for a visit, which was really nice. Above are just a few shots I took while things were cooking. We did do a lot of sides and all of that, but as it got darker outside and the food preparations got more involved, I didn't take more pics.  The food turned out pretty well, especially the turkey, which Brad brined. It was also the second time I made this Artichoke Stuffing, which is delicious. The only change I made was to reduce the amounts of Parmesan and rosemary just a tad. As you can see, the dogs were attentive to all of the action in the kitchen. Hope your holiday was nice!

I really like your pottery. Makes for a warm, inviting table. And those pies! Gorgeous.
