It took me a little longer than normal this year, but I'm officially in the holiday spirit. Today it's 10 degrees out and feeling every bit of December, so that helps. This weekend we went down to Kansas City and met my parents and some family friends to shop, which was fun. Now that we're back, it's all show prep and finishing custom pieces from now until Friday! The top pic is this year's wee tree, the second is a bag I picked up at Barnes and Noble this weekend (makes me happy), and the last is a new design I'm working on in acrylic.

I like trees that have all different kinds of ornaments. They are so much more fun and interesting than the themed and planned look. The pinecone you painted is fab!
