Tea Party Needed

About a week ago I got the bug to go thrifting, so I thought I'd share some of my good finds today! Apparently I have been on an unintentional tea theme lately...

The above pretty teacup and saucer were only a few dollars, and the little silver spoon is actually a tea diffuser that was in a bin for just $1. I couldn't resist the mint green and the tiny bell flowers.

I actually found the Heath teacup on Ebay, in a set of 3, for $3 each. Our dishes are Heath, and it's a constant project for me to hunt down accessories for low prices, since the new ones are so high. These have one little glaze hiccup each, so they might be from a sale of seconds or something, but they're perfect for us!

The last is a calendar tea towel from the '70s. The antique mall near us has one seller with bins of old linens, so I seem to come home with at least one towel every time I wander through there. I just love the yellow colors, so it's hanging on the back of a dining room chair right now until I decide what I want to do with it. Hope your hunting has been good lately too!

I love tea items, too. I accidentally started collecting teacups and mugs, so now I have a little group of them on a shelf. :-)
