Wonderful mail!

Today's post is about some wonderful mail I received on Saturday. A week ago I was a winner in a blog giveaway! Exciting, huh? I love reading the My Country Life blog, so I was really excited to see my name pop up as the October giveaway winner. The best part is that she lets her kids draw the winners and takes super cute pictures of them holding up the numbers. Her son's face is priceless!

She uses really pretty vintage textiles to create soft looking pillows, satchets, storage bins, and more. The item I received was this beautiful lavender satchet. I kid you not - I knew it was here the moment I opened my mailbox. It smells WONDERFUL. And I love the French pattern of the fabric with its nice little bees.

A big thanks to her for the sweet scented mail! Now I just need to decide where to display it so that I can smell it all of the time...
